FAQ

How do I know which plan is right for me?+
If you do laundry less than once a month, go with One-Time. If you fill a 25 lb bag every 1–2 weeks, Weekly or Biweekly will save you money. Families with kids usually outgrow 25 lbs — Family is the right fit.
What happens if I go over my included weight?+
You'll be billed at the member rate of $1.69/lb for anything over your plan's included weight — and we always ask you to approve overages in-app before processing.
Can I pause my membership?+
Yes. Members can skip any single pickup for free, or place the account on a vacation hold for up to 8 weeks. Both can be done from your account in two taps.
Is there a difference in quality between Drop Off and Home Pickup?+
None. Same machines, same detergents, same folders. The only difference is who moves the bag.
When is my card charged?+
Never up front. You save a card when you book and we only charge it after your laundry has been weighed and processed at our facility. The only exception is a flat $20 missed-pickup fee if we arrive and there's nothing out, or pickups are repeatedly wasted.
Do members really save money?+
Members pay $1.69/lb instead of $1.89/lb for Home Pickup, plus 10–15% off self-service machines. The Weekly plan typically pays for itself with a single bag a week.
